Covid-19 delays in product supply and shipping update:
Due to the current global pandemic we are experiencing delays around in our supply chain as well as shipping to our customer worldwide. We thank you for your support and interest in our products or recent purchase, but if you are unable to wait for up to 21-28 days for your order to arrive, please email us as soon as possible and can refund your order. Our direct to garment products such as leggings and rashies are taking the most time at the moment, but we promise they are worth the wait if you can. We apologize for the inconvenience and let us know if you have any questions.
Where's my shipment?
If your order has yet to arrive and it has been more than 10 days for US orders and more than 20 days for International orders please get in touch with us so we can help track it down. If it has been more than 30 days we will not be able to assist with issuing a refund or a reshipment. All shipping issues need to be communicated within 30 days of purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Often times overseas shipments can be stopped at customs and then forwarded to the local post office where you will need to pay for the duty and taxes in order to receive. You should receive a note in your mailbox with regards to this or if it's been longer than 14 days you should reach out to your local post office. Again if you have issues please notify us before 30 days.
What about Customs and Additional Duties & Taxes?
We are unable to provide information on additional customs or duties that may be levied on international shipments. Sometimes orders do not get stopped and some orders do and are required to follow that tax and import laws of the particular country. The customer is solely responsible for any additional custom duties or taxes charged by the country.
What's the Return Policy?

Yes, we ship worldwide!
We have shipping rates that get you great shipping prices worldwide. You are responsible for any customs or duty added to the order. Often time if duty or extra payment is required the package will be held at the local post office.
Where are you based?
Good question! We're definitely all over the the world! Live Love SUP is a US registered business, Jen is from Michigan, USA and Nick from Sydney, Australia, but we are residents of Abu Dhabi in the UAE. We have Brand Ambassadors all across the globe including the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East. We travel the world promoting Stand Up Paddle through teaching, fundraising, organizing events and in general sharing the SUP stoke. Oh and we're busy selling our Live Love SUP branded stand up paddle apparel and goods for you all to enjoy worldwide online through our website.

Awesome. At the moment we are selling online only as we work to put into place more wholesale options and distribution set-up for all of our products. What happened to the Live Love SUP Wristband? Can I still buy one?
In 2012 Live Love SUP kicked off as a brand with a focus on giving back. Over the past 5 years we have been selling our signature Live Love SUP wristband where 1/2 of the proceeds have gone to fundraising for charity:water. To date we have donated over $14,000 to charity:water, something we are very proud of and couldn't have done it without the help of so many paddlers around the world. We have helped to fund 10 clean water projects from Malawi to Tanzania and Nepal. You can read more about those here.
As of 2016 we no longer have any wristband stock left to sell and purchase of these has been discontinued. However, this doesn't mean that we are no longer giving back and fundraising for different causes. We continue to donate money to local and international causes and will be launching new programs in the future that we look forward to engage the SUP community in. If you still have your wristband, wear it with pride and thank you for the support you have shown!
How long is fulfillment +shipping time?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. These vary from 2-14 days depending on shipping option chosen at checkout.
You're out of my size, when will you get more?
It's best to order early to avoid disappointment, we can't guarantee that a design will be back in stock each season. You never know though, be sure to check back often to see new items and items that we might bring back after their initial release. Get in touch if you're looking for something special and let us know.
