Every Live Love SUP product is made to order, created especially for you after your purchase.
Because of this print-on-demand process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color, or size once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
We’ll happily replace or refund any item that doesn’t meet our quality standards.
To start a return or report an issue, email us at info@livelovesup.com with your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo of the problem.
Please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s customs are not refundable, as they are paid directly to local authorities.
