Do you custom make all of your apparel?

All LIVE LOVE SUP apparel and goods are custom made to order. That means each item is printed just for you after your purchase — making it one of a kind, just like your paddle style.

Because of this print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. We kindly ask that you double-check sizing before placing your order. If you’re unsure or need help choosing the right fit, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help!

We deeply appreciate your support of small-batch, made-to-order products that reduce waste and keep things unique.

What's the Return Policy?

You have 30 days to an item that is defective for a replacement for all apparel. As we create one of a kind custom products, we do not do return or exchanges. For jewelry if you have an issue you will have 6 months if there is an issue and can be replaced. If We will issue a refund or send you a replacement once we have received the original item. Please contact us for our return address. 

What about Customs and Additional Duties & Taxes?

We are unable to provide information on additional customs or duties that may be levied on international shipments. Sometimes orders do not get stopped and some orders do and are required to follow that tax and import laws of the particular country. The customer is solely responsible for any additional custom duties or taxes charged by the country.

Yes, where do we ship from?

Our jewelry is shipped from our warehouse in the USA.  Other items are shipped via print on demand fulfilment centers

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we have flat rate shipping for international orders. You are responsible for any customs or duty added to the order. Sometimes if duty or extra payment is required the package will be held at the local post office and will require the customer to pay to release the package.

How long is shipping time?

It takes around 5-7 days for delivery in the U.S. and 10-20 days for International orders.

Do you have Live Love SUP gift cards?

We can provide you with a digital gift card that use a Discount code on checkout, please reach out if you're interested in purchasing. 


Do you have an affiliate or ambassador program?
