What's the Return Policy?
You have 30 days to return an item. We will issue a refund or send you a replacement once we have received the original item. Please contact us for any returns and our return address. You will be responsible for shipping a return item unless the item is defective.
What about Customs and Additional Duties & Taxes?
We are unable to provide information on additional customs or duties that may be levied on international shipments. Sometimes orders do not get stopped and some orders do and are required to follow that tax and import laws of the particular country. The customer is solely responsible for any additional custom duties or taxes charged by the country.
Yes, where do we ship from?
Our jewelry is shipped from our warehouse in the USA.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we have flat rate shipping for international orders. You are responsible for any customs or duty added to the order. Sometimes if duty or extra payment is required the package will be held at the local post office and will require the customer to pay to release the package.
How long is shipping time?
It takes around 5-7 days for delivery in the U.S. and 7-14 days for International orders.
